Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Unfurl (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Unfurl is an AI-powered content repurposing tool that transforms long-form content into platform-optimized posts. The Service relies on third-party AI providers and may produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all output before publishing it.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, except as described in Section 5.

5. Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your first paid month, contact us within seven (7) days of the charge for a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes others' rights
• Generate spam, malware, phishing, or fraudulent content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. Generated outputs are yours to use, subject to applicable AI provider terms. The Service itself, including its branding and code, is owned by Unfurl.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated output may contain errors; review before publishing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unfurl's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect.
